How do I stop getting 3/4 spam MTN sms's every time I recharge airtime

As said in the heading - how do I stop this? It is so annoying. If I use the airtime to buy a voice or data bundle I then get another 3/4 sms's. So within 2min I get like 8 sms. What the hell
