I recently ported from MTN prepaid to a Telkom Contract. All happened as stated, besides I am not able to use any of my banking services, as I do not receive OTPs from Verfified Visa or Banking OTPs.
I read that it is most likely due to routing tables not properly refreshed, as it has been 4 days now and still no luck. Am I correct in stating that is my problem and what is the least hassle route to fix this? I already talked to Telkom and MTN, but not much luck, so instead of getting further frustrated, is this my problem and what is the easiest way of resolving this? I assume this has happened to quite a few peeps here.
