I signed up for a contract last week Saturday at MTN Melrose Arch. I was on Cellc prepaid and requested a new mtn sim and my number to be ported. Im still waiting for my number to be ported. Ive been calling them everyday to follow up. Yesterday I received an sms on my cellc sim saying my number is being ported and I need to take mtn documents to the store to RICA. I gave all my documents to the branch at Melrose Arch. Followed up again and the lady said she is working on it.
This is so ridiculous. Does it take longer than 1 week to port a number?? Is there any way I can cancel the contract?
