MTN Issues

This is my last resort, hoping for a response from MTN reps.
I have complained on Facebook, no response.
I have complained on HelloPeter, no response.
On HelloPeter today (3 March 2015) there were over 100 compaints to MTN, with no response.

I am a contract client who has been with MTN for 8 years.

It appears that there is LITERALLY no customer service.
I cant get through via phone, via online helpdesk, or even in the store (they couldnt assist me).
What are the means of getting a response

"Hello. I have had troubles connecting to help desk. I did not receive my invoice this month (via email as i usually do); but ofcourse i am still expected to pay. So i logged onto mtnsp to check what was due then realised i was being charged an extra R797 for Packet Switch Data, which i refute a i have consistently used data bundles for years. And I have been on Afrihost APN for the past few months. I cant get through to customer service, on phone or online. I even went to an MTN store in Rondebosch Cape Town and they said their system was down. This is very unfair from you as my service providers. Please contact me asap. I see that there are over ONE HUNDRED COMPLAINTS on hellopeter just from today; as well as more on Facebook; but no response. Please get back to me."
