Yesterday, we wait an hour for help in a store for migration of a contract on to prepaid as the contract is ending.
We get there, and now they need a physical ID, which we weren't told to bring initially.
Given the form and told to email it.
Emailed it, now today I want to check that they received it.
Phone them, wait for 20mins on hold. They do their whole security check thing and then ask to make a pin so they don't need to do the security check. Then only after going through that whole process they tell me I need to speak to another dept.
Put on hold for another 20mins, the next department also wants to do the security check; now busy from holding so long have to put down.
I don't understand how a cellphone network with this level of support incompetence is still thriving.
